Fall Back Into A Routine with Me 🍂🧘‍♀️

Goodmorning Powgirls!! 🤎 I hope your week is off to a lovely start. Is everyone feeling the fall vibes or it’s just me? I really loved summer and feel like I made the absolute most out of it. We went on so many fun trips, I was ALWAYS getting outside, and it was just overall filled with so many fun experiences. I’m kind of feeling like okay, now that fall is rolling in it’s time to get back on track again & get back into a more consistent routine. I’ve tried to stick to it as best as I can, but you know how it is. It’s impossible to be perfect, and I think it’s so important to make room for fun and new experiences as well as health & wellness. Balance!!

Anyways, I know fall is a big back-to-school, back-to-routine kind of season, so I wanted to let you in on things I’m doing to feel like my best self toward the latter half of the year. Everyone’s priorities will (and should!) look different, but these are just the things that really work for me and I think might be beneficial for you too. 😌

So first thing’s first, we’re getting back in our meal prep era. 🌱 I feel like this is an area I’m really excited to hone in on because we’ve been eating out lots more and we honestly haven’t been traveling more than we’ve been home. As you probably know by now, I’m super specific about everything I eat because of my acne healing journey, and just because I love to eat foods that make me feel my best. So I’ll definitely be setting aside time at the top of the week to prepare things I know I’ll want to eat throughout the week and stock up the pantry & fridge with my go-to snacks like Chomps + my favorite protein bars.

Of course, with meal prepping comes prepping my supplements so I can stay on top of them. You guys have seen my huge pink supplement case— I literally can’t live without it. I used to just open every single supplement jar each morning, but it was such a hassle to do that most days I wouldn’t even take them. Prep your supps ahead of time so that they’re already laid out for you, then all you have to do is pour yourself up a glass of Greens & Colostrum (which finally restocked on Amazon!!) to feel your best and get in all your nutrients.

I’m also big into scheduling things that make me feel good. Exactly the way I would for an appointment or a meeting, I like to view things like my walks, workouts, red light therapy & sauna sessions as must-dos that get allotted time into my day. Doing this allows me to plan my day accordingly and still prioritize my wellness the same way I would anything else. Even when I’m on vacation or traveling, I schedule myself a wind-down sauna session in my Bon Charge Red Light Face Mask. My acne journey has been so so important to me and such a big part of my life this year, so prioritizing time for red light therapy feels good to me and helps keep my skin looking clear & bright. I’ve tried so many red light masks and truly love this one so much, so if you’ve been asking for my rec— this is it!! Grab it for 25% off for the next 48 hours here, just type in code PURSUIT25 at checkout.

But really, creating a plan for yourself is the first step to success in my opinion. So book that workout class in advance, put a time block on your calendar to go for a walk during the day, set aside 30 minutes for your red light therapy session, etc. Do what you need to do to prioritize you!

Lastly, get your sleep schedule + routine down. 😴 Trust me on this one. I’ve done so many newsletters + POW episodes on the importance of getting adequate sleep, but the sleep routine that leads up to it, so be sure to check those out. But I’m serious, I am not playing about my sleep routine. I haven’t been able to do all my favorite things when we’re on the road like set the room to a certain temperature, use my red light therapy, use red light only before bed etc. So I will absolutely be getting back into my wind down routine!

That’s all from me today. I hope you’re as excited as me to get back into your wellness routine. I feel like everyone really prioritizes the first half of the year, but honestly I think the second half is just as powerful + pivotal if you stick to what you said you were going to do. As always, I’m rooting for you, here for you & can’t wait to see you win. 🫶🏻
