Get Real with Me & Hannah Berner 🫶🏻

Hi hi my Powgirls!! 🥰

How are you doing?? I feel like it’s been so long since we last chatted and SO MUCH has happened since.

As many of you know, Bloom just dropped what might our biggest launch ever, Sparkling Energy drinks!! ✨🫧 I know many of you have seen them on my socials, Bloom’s socials, or even in-store at your local target, so I wanted to pop in and give you a bit more exclusive info.

For starters, all of Bloom’s products start with a need I or my Bloom girls have in the supplement space. 🌱 Greens were born because I was looking for an easy & delicious way to get added nutrients in. Pre-workout powder was designed to help me power through my workouts without the anxiety or jitters that other pre-workout powders I had tried gave me. I really wanted to create an energy drink that actually has benefits, tastes amazing, doesn’t make me anxious, and is made with cleaner ingredients. We launched 4 absolutely incredible flavors that I cannot get enough of and they are all made with natural caffeine, prebiotics, 0 sugar, no artificial colors or flavors & no aspartame. 🙂‍↔️

Sparkling Energy also has such amazing benefits. Not only do you get a boost of increased energy & focus, you’ll also get a metabolism boost as well as a boost in mood. It’s delicious, it’s sparkling, it’s fizzy, and it is truly everything. I am so so proud of these and I cannot wait for you to get your hands on them and love them as much as I do. You can find all four flavors on Target shelves—so be sure to grab one on your next Target run and let me know what you think!! 🎯

I’m also so excited to chat about my latest POW episode with Hannah Berner—who you might know from reality TV, The Giggly Squad, her Netflix special, or from Call Her Daddy. It was truly such a special episode and filled with so much women empowerment, wellness advice, laughter & chaos—which is really what POW is all about. 🤭

So let’s get into it!!

🧘🏼‍♀️ Movement & how important it is to overall wellness
I loved how real Hannah kept it about what life is like as a comedian. It comes with taxing hours and demanding work that can be a lot on the body, but one thing we chatted about was how critical movement is in feeling her best. She’s recently taken up tennis again and shared how much better she’s felt overall since doing so. “It’s crazy how everything feels better now that I’m moving my body. It’s like you crave healthier foods, your mood is a little better, and you also just feel better about yourself.” Loved this reminder that any movement is good movement, and that being active so many more benefits than just physical.

🤭 Minimalism, because we’re lazy
Hannah obviously had me cracking up the entire time, but even though she was joking around a bit, she was dropping some absolute gems. She said she’s leaning into minimalism lately, but not necessarily on purpose, more so because she’s lazy. 😭 I loved this though, because then we gotten into chatting about finding what really works for you and leaning into that more than anything. Being intentional about everything—what you consume, who you follow, what skincare you’re using etc— will always feel better than constantly forcing new things.

👯‍♀️ Decentering men to thrive
I’ve seen this topic come about quite often recently and it’s one I think is so important and something I want every 20 something year old to hear. Focusing on ourselves is IN!! It’s a very powerful thing to put yourself first and something I wish women learned sooner rather than later. When you come into alignment with who you are and create this intentional space for yourself and are very particular about who you are letting in and giving your attention to, everything changes. You almost become a magnet to things that serve you and are worth your while.

🥺 Being nice to yourself is the cheat code
I know this is easy to say and seems so obvious, but it’s genuinely such a profound concept. So many women, including me when I started my wellness journey, are living life being so hard on themselves and speaking so unkindly to themselves. Hannah chats about how this was also the case in her own life, and now after beating herself up realizing she was poisoning herself with negativity, she was able to reframe, keep moving forward, and feel so much better for it. “I realized that it's not what happens to you, it's how you react to it. So I will always just do it and I won't overthink it, I won't think I'm cringe for it, l won't overanalyze it, I won't be embarrassed by it. I'm just always moving.”

I could go on and on about all the amazing advice Hannah had on her episode with me, but I won’t spoil all the fun. To hear our entire conversation + see us sip on Sparkling Energy for the first time ever (and hear Hannah’s review!) be sure to tune in to the latest POW episode at the links below. 🤎

Can’t wait to chat again soon & can’t wait to hear what you think about Sparkling Energy!✨🫧
