My Top Tips for the Best 2024 ✨

Hi guys!! 🤎 I can’t believe it’s officially 2024! I don’t know if you feel this way, but for me, 2023 just flew by. I literally feel like I blinked and the year was over, which is so bittersweet because this year was full of so many amazing moments and accomplishments that completely changed my life. I officially started the podcast a year ago, and I honestly couldn’t even fathom the incredible community that it would bring me and the amazing people I would meet through it. I’m so grateful you’re here, and I’m so excited to keep growing with you!! 🥹

I’ve learned so much over the past year and have gained so much valuable knowledge through my guests, so I wanted to share some insights and bring you a list of my top tips for the best 2024. I go into much greater detail on my 2023 recap episode, so be sure to give that a listen if you haven’t already! 🎧

My Top Wellness Tips for the Best 2024

🧠 Prioritize mental health

Practice mindfulness & meditation daily. Even if it’s just 5 or 10 minutes of time spent focusing on your breathing, reflecting on your day, or clearing your mind. It’s so crucial to take time for yourself and give yourself the support you need and deserve to feel your best.

🧘‍♀️ Opt for more low-impact workouts

Slowing down can help lower cortisol & rebalance your hormones. I know there’s been a huge pivot in the wellness community this past year toward healing our hormones and I think it’s absolutely incredible. Making that extra effort to slow down and switch from all high-impact workouts a week to more pilates, yoga, and walking will make your body so happy.

🧴 Make swaps to support your hormones

We come into contact with so many endocrine disruptors without even realizing it — fragrant candles, soap, cleaning products, makeup, and even the pans we're cooking in. Download the Think Dirty App to check the safety of your products and make swaps for healthier alternatives!

🥗 Focus on eating whole foods

Highly processed foods can have such a harmful impact on your long-term health. Really focusing on whole foods, or foods that are as minimally processed as possible, has been so beneficial for me and has done wonders for my acne and overall health. Plus, you’ll just feel so much better overall.

I love the idea that you can become anyone you want at any time of the year. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you are in life. You can always choose to make a change — it’s literally never too late. Even if you're not into New Year's resolutions, which I know many people are kind of adverse to at this point, I like to think of this as a blank slate opportunity to give you a little push to live the life you've always wanted.

We have so many exciting things coming, so be sure to stay tuned for huge announcements this year! Thank you so much for being on this journey with me and making this all so rewarding — I couldn’t do any of it without you. Love you so much, cheers to the best 2024!! 🤎🥳
